Shanghai, 1999. A city on the edge. People feared to be called losers. There was a criminal syndicate called Heiban based in Shanghai that controls all of China. Their scale and connections were unbelievable.As a son of small restaurant owner, Rui, worked as a gourmet writer and loved his job. His fiancee, Honghua was a beautiful colledge student.
